Product Return Policy
The appliance(s) or product(s) must be returned within 2 weeks from the
date of delivery and:
- must contain all original shipping and packing materials, appliance,
accessories and manuals
- appliance and shipping box must be returned unscratched and undamaged
or a 15% re-stocking fee will be incurred to buyer.
*(If cables
or materials are missing from the package, additional charges to replace
these items will be incurred according to the list price of NetScreen products.) |
